Ani's pregnancy update...bad news

With sadness I want to update you on Ani's pregnancy. Last week, Baby B passed away in the womb due to complications from her heart defect. They named the baby Aderah. Baby A, Veiyah, is still hanging in there. Veiyah had to have a blood transfusion in utero due to anemia in the brain. It went very well. This is the baby with the organs on the wrong side of the body and she also has a heart defect. Ani will continue to stay in labor and delivery for as long as possible to give Veiyah a chance to grow as much as possible so that she will be big/strong enough to have the surgeries that she will need right after she is born. I'm sure that Ani would appreciate any prayers on her behalf. Ani also has two other older girls, Madi and Selah, for those of you who were wondering.
