What we've been up to the last month or so...

I have a lot of adventures to update everyone on. We finally got around to doing some fun things in September since it was Aaron's month off from studying. We enjoyed the annual Reno Air races. Camden enjoyed it much more this year than last year! It was hot and loud, but it was worth it just to see the F-22 Raptor. What a cool plane. It flew so fast that I could barely get any pictures of it. Most of the pics I tried to take of it ended up being blue sky because my shutter isn't fast enough for the Raptor!

We also participated in the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society's annual fundraiser called "Light the Night." This is the second year that we've done it in honor of Robin, and it is such a neat thing. We go on a walk around downtown Reno at night holding a balloon that has a little light in it. Aaron raised a bunch of money again this year for the society. Way to go Aaron!

Last week we went to St. George, UT, to put our feelers out for some jobs for Aaron. He was able to interview at one accounting firm who really liked him and is considering making a position for him, but we have to wait and see. All of the other companies he looked at were a dead-end for now, but at least he made some contacts and they have his resume now. We had to squeeze a little fun in, so my parents were nice enough to take us out on their boat to Sand Hollow Reservoir. It was a lot of fun! Now we are back to real life and Aaron is still trying to put a plan into place as far as employment goes. I think we will be up in the air for a while.
